We know you’ll be eagerly awaiting your package to arrive at your doorstep, so please read below for our shipping process. Our customers are our top priority and we want to make sure your order gets to you as quickly as possible!

Order Processing and Delivery Schedule

When you place an order on our website, our team will immediately begin processing your order. To help you plan your purchase, please note the following schedule:

Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM (PST)

Order Processing Time: 1-3 Days (Monday – Friday)

Shipping Time: 7-15 Days (Monday – Friday)

While we will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Hopegalaxy is not responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, postal disruptions, etc.

Shipping method

We offer standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) 7-15 business days after processing for a cost of $6.99 for the entire order. (During major holidays, production times will be longer!)

Delivery Locations

We ship within the United States, however if you are outside this area, please contact our team for assistance.

Destinations such as Hawaii and Alaska may take longer.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Additionally, we will notify you via email when your order has shipped.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number in a separate email. If you do not receive tracking information, please email us.

Lost Package

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

Verify the delivery address.

Check all possible delivery locations in your area.

Ask a neighbor or family member if they will accept packages.

Contact the courier and provide the tracking number for a claim.

If your package is officially declared lost, contact us immediately with your order number. We will resend your order or issue a refund based on your preference.

Change Address

Once you receive our email notifying you that your order is being processed, Hopegalaxy is unable to make any changes or corrections to the order, as we will begin processing your order promptly. However, if you notice that your address is incorrect upon receiving your confirmation email, please contact [email protected] immediately. We ask that you provide your first and last name, your order number, and the changes that need to be made. If the order has already been processed for delivery, we are unable to change the address.

Duties and Taxes

For orders to countries outside the United States, duties and taxes may be payable when your order arrives in the destination country. The customer is responsible for these fees. Payment of these fees may be required for your order to be cleared by customs. We cannot estimate the amount of duties and taxes your order will incur; for more information, we recommend checking your country’s import rules or contacting your local customs office.
