Easy 30-Day Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the flexibility to return the product within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.
Please ensure that the products must be intact, unworn and with tags intact, products must not contain makeup or perfume. We will check the returned product and refund you after confirmation.
Return process
Within 30 days of receipt, if the customer needs to return the product, please send an email to customer service at [email protected] and make sure to provide the order number and reason for return.
After receiving the email, we will record the customer’s return information and respond as soon as possible with instructions for return or exchange.
After the customer sends the product, please send us the tracking number and the name of the shipping company so that we can track the delivery status at any time.
Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
After receiving the returned product and confirming the product quality, we will arrange a refund within 5-7 working days.
Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Quality Assurance
All of our products are quality checked before leaving our factory, so it is rare for a defective product to be sent to our customers. However, in the event that you receive a defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the defect.
Our team will work closely with you to determine the best course of action, ensuring your concerns are addressed promptly.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and verify your return, we will expedite the refund process. You can expect your refund to be processed within 5-7 business days from the date we receive your return at our warehouse. Additional delays may occur, especially during the holiday season.
You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).
The refund will then be credited back to your original payment method and will be posted approximately 3-5 business days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

Modifying and Cancelling Orders
We understand that circumstances can change, which is why we offer a 24-hour window to modify or cancel an order. Simply contact us and if your order is not yet in the fulfillment process, we will accommodate your request without any hassle.
Restrictions on your account
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to block your customer account if we suspect fraudulent activity in relation to an order including where there is a suspicious claim relating to an order that has been placed but not yet received, or if we suspect that you have returned a Product after it has been used or worn, or the returned Product does not match the product you ordered, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and restrict your account (and any associated accounts) from placing future orders.
